The "PBD-30 model" is capable of inspecting different types and abnormal bottle containers using image matching functionality. One of the main features of the "PBD-30 model" is its face alignment function, which allows the orientation of bottle containers to be consistently adjusted to a desired position. By installing it in front of a POP labeler machine, it can align the orientation of the bottle container's cap or nozzle with the label application position. The setup is simple; it automatically captures a full circumference image of the bottle container at the beginning, and you only need to touch the displayed full circumference image on the monitor. The device is easy to change and set up, making it suitable for small-batch production of various types.
