One of the main features of the "PBD-30 model" is its face alignment function, which allows the orientation of bottle containers to be consistently adjusted to a desired position. By installing it in front of a POP labeler machine, it can align the orientation of the bottle container's cap or nozzle with the label application position. The setup is simple; it automatically captures a full circumference image of the bottle container at the beginning, and you only need to touch the displayed full circumference image on the monitor.
